Make your reservations now to join us during Triangle Restaurant Week, starting January 21! Whether you are a lover of Greek food, or want to experience new flavors and exploring the amazing restaurants in downtown Raleigh, our restaurant week menus will have something for all to enjoy. We’ll be offering three-course, fixed price menus during lunch and dinner from Monday January 21 through Sunday January 27.

Lunch 3 courses // $15

Starter – Choose One

Lemon Chicken Soup Avgolemono

A traditional soup with chicken and rice, finished with whipped eggs and lemon.

Romaine Salad

Fresh green onions, tossed in housemade lemon dill vinaigrette topped with dill, freshly grated Mizithra cheese. Served with Crostini.

 

Entree – Choose One

Grilled Chicken or Gyro Platter

Served with tzatziki, Greek village salad, and Taverna fries.

Stuffed Peppers Gemista

Baked bell peppers stuffed with seasoned ground beef, rice, tomatoes, and fresh herbs. Served with vegetables.

Grilled Chicken or Gyro Pita

Feta, tomato relish, onions, lettuce, and tzatziki. Served with Taverna fries.

Spinach Pie Spanakopita

Spinach, feta, dill, and onions layered with delicate phyllo pastry. Served with our traditional Romaine Salad.

Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, garlic, Vrisi 36 extra virgin olive oil, and herbs. Served with pita, cucumbers, and carrots.

Lamb Tips & Orzo Pasta Arni Youvetsi

Sautéed lamb in a tomato red wine sauce served over orzo pasta and topped with Mizithra cheese.

Traditional Baked Pasta Pastiticio

Layers of seasoned ground beef, pasta, and bechamel sauce. Served with vegetables.

Grilled Salmon* & Gigantes

Giant beans topped with tomatoes, feta, red cabbage, and fire-roasted artichokes.

Taverna Grilled Chicken Hydra Kotopoulo

Marinated in our housemade mustard and red wine vinaigrette and finished with lathorigani olive oil. Served with roasted lemon potatoes and vegetables.

Chicken Penne Mykonos

Grilled chicken over penne pasta tossed with spinach, feta, mushrooms, tomatoes, and white wine lemon cream sauce. Topped with Parmesan.

Pork Souvlaki

Skewered pork with vegetables. Served with rice pilaf, tzatiki, and pita.

Traditional Baklava

Layers of phyllo pastry, walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Chocolate Yogurt Panna Cotta

Topped with shaved chocolate.
